Dr. Ajay Bharija is practicing as a Dental Surgeon since 2000. He obtained his Bachelor of Dental surgery from M.R Ambedkar dental college; Bengaluru.He has Master’s degree from M.R Ambedkar dental college, Bengaluru in Maxillofacial Prosthodontics affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka in April 2005. He is a senior consultant as Maxillofacial prosthodontist & Implantologist in Sir Ganga Ram hospital, New Delhi. He is also in the Panel Dental Surgeons at Air India, Indian Health Organization.
He is a fellow of NATIONAL ACADEMY OF DENTAL SPECIALITIES & AMERICAN ACADEMY OF IMPLANT DENTISTRY & has completed the 300 – hour AAID certified MaxiCourse in India in 2007.He has been trained & certified with THE ROYAL DENTAL HOSPITAL OF MELBOURNE THREE WEEK RESTORATIVE Programme in 2013.He is the president of Indian Dental Association (West Delhi) & a member of Indian Prosthodontic Society, American Academy of Implant Dentistry, Continuing Dental Education.
He is the author & contributor of ROLE OF ORAL STEREOGNOSIS IN COMPLETE DENTURE fabrication. He has been trained extensively in Implantology, since for more than a decade now. His specialized area of interest is in Esthetic & Implant Dentistry for which he has undergone comprehensive training course under New York University College of Dentistry and Smile Care, India. He has presented several scientific articles for the National convention of Indian prosthodontics society both for the public & profession.
He is committed to educating the public on dental awareness and has addressed several organizations to spread the message. He has given several talks on Esthetic, Prosthetic dentistry and Current Trends in Dentistry at various dentistry platforms in India.He has certificate for scientific paper presentation entitled as “EVIDENCE BASED RESEARCH ON THE JUSTIFIABILITY OF PROSTHETIC IN ENDODONTIC THERAPY” at 30th INDIAN PROSTHODONTIC SOCIETY CONFERENCE.He has been awarded for presenting Scientific Paper in the Convention at 6th National Convention of prosthodontist at the Bangalore Prosthodontic Forum in association with The Oxford Dental College.
